Refund Policy

We aim to give you the very best shopping experience, however we do not provide refunds. 

We have a 24 hours return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return (meaning to replace incase the products delivered to you are damaged/ defective/ incorrect). The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at modernmonk.in@gmail.com and also email pictures of all the items to be returned. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- This refund policy applies only to damaged products. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than damage.

Suggestion: Kindly record the unboxing Video of arrived order. 

- Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation included with the original purchase.

- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

- Only provide refund in case customer cancels the order before dispatch.

- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that show signs of misuse, abuse, or intentional damage.
